had to cut it to size to fit my figure skate, which was easy enough to do. I have fallen arch and these insole helped me a lot, much easier to feel the outside edge, it was a bit uncomfortable at the start as I need to get used to the new insole but it was worth the pain, I feel I can skate better with these
