We’re currently hiring for 2 additional Sales & Warehouse Assistants to join our team at our flagship store in Coventry.

This is a dynamic role that combines both shop floor and warehouse duties, offering variety and the chance to develop a broad skill set.

What We’re Offering

• Flexible hours to suit your availability (minimum 20 hours/week, typically including
  at least one weekend day)

• Up to £12.00 per hour for the ideal candidate

Your Role

As a Sales & Warehouse Assistant, you’ll report to store management and support the smooth running of both the retail space and warehouse
operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, expert advice to customers

• Replenishing stock and maintaining displays

• Picking and packing online orders

• Receiving and processing deliveries

• Answering customer enquiries (in-store and online)

• Ice skate sharpening (training provided)

• Keeping the store clean, organised, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• Hardworking, honest, and approachable individuals

• Retail, customer service, or warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)

• Strong numeracy and basic computer skills

• Flexible approach to working hours

• Problem-solving mindset and a team-player attitude

• Enthusiasm and a customer-first approach

Bonus: Knowledge of Ice Hockey, Inline Hockey, or Figure Skating is a plus – but not required!
