Whether you're experienced in retail, customer service or keen to learn – we’d love to hear from you! We’re currently hiring for 2 additional Sales Assistants to join our team at our flagship store in Coventry.

This role is a shop floor position offering variety and the chance to develop a broad skill set.

• Regular contracted hours (minimum 14 hours/week, including at least one weekend day)

• Starting at National Minimum Wage, with higher rates available depending on age, experience and suitability for the role

Your Role as Sales Assistant, you’ll report to store management and support the smooth running of our retail operation.

What We’re Looking For

• Hardworking, honest, and approachable individuals

• Retail, customer service, or warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)

• Strong numeracy and basic computer skills

• Flexible approach to working hours

• Problem-solving mindset and a team-player attitude

• Enthusiasm and a customer-first approach

• Knowledge of Ice Hockey, Inline Hockey, or Figure Skating is a plus – but not required!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, expert advice to customers

• Serving customers and processing transactions at the till

• Replenishing stock and maintaining displays

• Receiving and processing deliveries (In conjunction with the warehouse team)

• Answering customer enquiries (in-store, by phone and online)

• Supporting stock control and inventory management

• Ice skate sharpening (training provided)

• Keeping the store clean, organised, and welcoming

To help us provide the best possible service to our customers and maintain a consistent rota, we are looking for applicants who can
commit to a regular working pattern and offer flexibility across weekdays and weekends.
