Orders are processed during our warehouse working hours Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 4.30pm. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.

If a product in your order is oversize, your entire order will be shipped via our oversize courier at the appropriate rate.

The delivery timeframe indicated starts from the day that your order is collected from us by the courier.

On occasion we may need to change the delivery service if the parcel is too big for the service you chose at checkout.
