  • WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A JOCK AND A JILL?

    A jock is a protective cup for a male player, and a jill is for, you guessed it, a female ice hockey player. The fit, design and materials used for jocks and jills are usually pretty similar, although a key difference is that jills tend to have more padded protection around the pelvic area.

  • WHAT SIZE JOCK OR JILL SHOULD I GET?

    To find the right size of jock or jill, simply measure your waist just above your hips. Using your waist measurement and your height, you’ll be able to find the right size of jock or jill for you.  A properly-fitted jock or jill should sit comfortably around the waist, covering the all-important areas without interfering with your range of motion or digging into your waist.
